Our Amelia, Louisiana facility features:

  • A 42-acre waterfront yard situated on the Intracoastal Waterway, providing direct barge and vessel access to the Gulf of Mexico.
  • Heavy-lift quay and load-out capabilities for large modules, decks, and structural assemblies.
  • Dedicated fabrication bays and laydown areas supporting over 12,000 tons annually of structural steel, piping, and modular construction.
  • Integrated mechanical, electrical, and coatings services for complete module fabrication and commissioning.

Located near US Hwy 90, adjacent to the intercoastal waterway, which allows streamlined transportation of finished products.

Facility Information
  • 80’ by 250’ fabrication shop with two 40 ton overhead cranes and one 10 ton overhead crane
  • Barge slip to accommodate 100’ by 400’ barges and roll on / roll off operations over 5,000 tons
  • Large assembly areas adjacent to fabrication shop with room for large sub-assemblies to be made and lifted into position
  • Mantiwoc 14000 crawler cranes to perform multiple crane lifts

    – Steel Structure Shop: 2,017 m²
    – Piping Shop: 1,718 m²
    – Blasting Shop: 2,000 m²
    – Painting Shop: 930 m²
    – Total Covered Shop Area: 6,665 m²

  • Module Assembly Yard:
    – Indoor/Roofed: 2,017 m²
    – Outdoor: 150,000 m²
    – Total Assembly Yard: 152,017 m²

  • Fabrication and integration of structural steel, piping, electrical, blast & paint, and E&I systems
  • Proven ability to execute large offshore modules, topside structures, and pipe racks
